Enhancer of the Month: Cardamom

Cardamom, relatives of ginger and turmeric, is famously known for its use in treating mouth ulcers, digestive problems and even depression (if you can believe that!).  Cardamom can be used to to counteract stomach problems like nausea, acidity, bloating, gas, heartburn, loss of appetite and constipation.  It helps the body eliminate waste like salt, toxins, excess water due to its diuretic properties, meaning its ability to produce the excretion of urine, that clean out to urinary tract, bladder and kidneys.  Cardamom also significantly lowers blood pressure and prevents dangerous blood cots due to its fiber quantity.  But wait! There’s more! Cardamom also has anti-flammatory properties that limit pain and swelling for your aches and pains like headaches, arthritis etc.  The plant also acts as an antioxidant and eliminates growth of viruses and infections.

Bee Pollen

Bee Pollen is  extremely beneficial to an individual’s health. The enhancer comes from the pollen that collects on the bodies of bees or from bee saliva.  The pollen is 40% protein and is rich in amino acids and vitamins including B-complex, which has nutrients that help convert the food you eat into cellular energy to fuel your body’s chemical reactions and folic acid.  Bee pollen itself is most plentiful in the natural nutrients needed for human life.   It provides the consumer with prolonged and increased energy, aids recovery from illness and is known to prevent infectious illnesses, while also regulates the intestines. Bee pollen stimulates the metabolic process in one’s body that speeds caloric burn, which makes it well known for increasing weight loss. Bee pollen cannot be synthesized in a laboratory, as well. Too many  chemical analyses of bee pollen have been made, but there is some element of bee pollen that scientists cannot provide that bees do.  The bees add some unidentifiable elements  that are most likely the reason bee pollen works against so mainly health ailments.
